Job description

Experienced Dental Lab Technician - Crown & Bridge or Ceramist

Revolution Dental Implant Center is a new surgical office in Oregon City that has its own dental laboratory. We are a part of Pioneer Dental Group a privately owned practice that has been in business since 2015. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care by providing leading-edge dental products and services. Our in house lab is geared up for a complete digital workflow and we have state of the art equipment including Zirkon Mills, Sprintray 3D Printers and more.

We are seeking Dental Technicians to join our lab team with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience who are looking to grow their skills and career. Learn how to execute flawlessly our systems and you could be a lab leader in the future!

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The production of Full Contour and Layered Zirconia Crowns as well as PMMA, and Monolithic and Layered Zirconia Full Arch.
  • Working with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Single Crown & Bridge
  • Maintenance of all laboratory facilities, equipment and instruments
  • Operate computers and standard office type applications.
  • Maintain only the highest degree of professionalism, customer service and patient care.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have good production skills
  • Requires excellent fine motor skills
  • Able to sit or stand for up to two hours at a time
  • Must be able to read and comprehend English to work from a prescription
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under a time schedule deadline
  • Able to multi-task and organize work for the day
  • Must be a team player and be excited to provide a valued health care service that positively affects others

EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of dental lab experience.
  • EXOCAD Full Arch Design Experience Desired.
  • Certification (CDT) or the completion of an accredited dental laboratory program is a plus.
  • Qualified candidates should have experience and be proficient in full arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, overdentures and implant based restorative techniques and have strong knowledge of dental science and anatomy and esthetics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
  • Excellent communication skills and remains calm under pressure
  • Respectfully takes direction from manager
  • Other duties as assigned

SALARY RANGE: $65,000-$100,000
