Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Yard Attendant position in Stuttgart, AR. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail. This position is a full-time permanent role with a competitive benefits package in a clean and safe working environment. 

• Load, unload, and or transfer post-consumer agricultural plastics from incoming trucks.
• Inspect incoming loads to ensure the proper quality of incoming products.
• Responsible for prompt reporting of equipment and product problems to the Collections Manager.
• Accuracy in operational reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the scrap yard.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Collections Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor environments.
