We are looking for a Registerd Nurse to cover the Fort Lauderdale FL territory

Revive Care is a mobile wound physician group looking to expand our team, and currently seeking a few Registered Nurses to join in our mission of providing exceptional wound care services.

We are looking for a RN who has experience in nursing homes, home care and/or wound care.

in addition we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to positively impact the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for on-site evaluations and care of patients' wounds, collaborating with our mobile healthcare team, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to Patients homes and or SNF facilities in the state where licensed
• M-F/ 40 hours/ week
• Scheduling/ assisting in coordinating evaluations & visits with nurse and provider
• Perform wound treatments/dressing changes
• Continued communicate with family/caretaker and patient
• Ensure all DME gets ordered for patient
• Ensure all DMEs get delivered
• Confirm appointments and approximate time of visit
• Weekly discussions with family, caretaker, or patient
• Liaison between caregiver/patient and Provider
• Review wound progress etc., on a weekly basis / weekly report
• Assist Company with anything else that is needed
• Provide and learn to be the wound expert
• Assist with creating, reviewing policy and procedures
• Complete notes/ documentation in a timely manner as per policy
• Assist with chart/ note reviews/ audit

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse certification
• Wound Care and/or assisted living experience
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
