Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction of residential remodeling projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong team-building skills, excellent project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
- Review all project plans and specifications to have complete understanding of the project scope
- Work with Project Developers and Designers to consult on value add construction methods in the planning stage
- Create accurate take offs and verification of all special order products
- Ensure all internal labor and external trade partners have the information needed to perform construction tasks
- Create rapport and communication links with clients to give them confidence on the construction of their project
Job Site Management
- Make site visits at critical times to ensure project is being built per specifications and client expectations
- Problem solve when unplanned issues arise to minimize delay
- Monitor all in-house labor to ensure work is being done productively and within budget
- Monitor all raw material purchases to maintain alignment with budget
- Make proactive communication with each client a minimum of once per week
Quality Control
- Ensure all work is safe, code compliant, and of the highest quality
- Perform regular walkthroughs with Lead Carpenters to ensure all quality standards are being adhered to
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
