We have an opening for a Lead Production Assembly Tech. This person will be responsible for supporting the department manager by coordinating and shaping the daily activities of the Modification Center. This key position within the team will ensure that goals and objectives are met.

• Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (with some flexibility). No Weekends!

What you will do:

• Convert customer-supplied CAD drawings into usable files for use on our CNC machine.
• Coordinate the daily activities of assigned staff, including production scheduling and managing resources.
• Ensure that Modification Center goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that Modification Center processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner.
• Troubleshoot Modification Center issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a Modification Center or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of applicable processes and equipment.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software.
