This role is for a Survey Specialist and Client Report Creator. The survey system we currently use is Qualtrics : for employee surveys, customer surveys, participant workshop evaluations, clients' sales challenge surveys that identifies where in the sales process they are struggling, market research surveys, and more.

In addition, this person will be our SME for our proprietary sales talent assessment. This role requires an analytical mindset and eye for detail to review data as it comes in, and analyze results when closed.

This role must get very familiar with each survey, its purpose, what are typical answers to identify issues or potential errors.

This role needs to escalate issues or worrisome scores and follow up on responses that are unclear. Currently, this role also creates client-ready reports following our standardized process using approved report templates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Qualtrics system for all sorts of surveys and data analysis, including Training Evaluations, Coaching Evaluations, and Impact Surveys (30-40%)
• Create Client Survey Reports (25-35%)
• Manage the SCI Assessments Process within Qualtrics and Create Client Reports / PowerPoints, including Analysis (20-30%)
• Miscellaneous Projects (5-10%)

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 years of creating client reports or systems experience, preferably with a survey system
• Desired Cloud-based Survey System Management Experience. Qualtrics experience a plus.
• MS Office Suite High level for Excel and moderate level for PPT is desirable
• Examples of exposure of working well in systems, databases and queries.
