Job Description

The Data Integrity Manager is responsible for reviewing and keying indexable data that is not extracted by the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process used by hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices and lockbox operations as it moves through the RMS data processing platform. The Manager will also have personnel and operations responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Directing Team Leads
  • The Manager will be responsible for providing/ensure the Team Leads is proficiently trained in all areas of the Data Integrity process.
  • The Manager will ensure that the Team Leads are leading the group to success daily and will find ways to improve effectiveness. Whether this be with individual User speeds, or software updates.
• Mediating
  • The Manager will address any behavioral/performance issues with Team Leads.
  • The Manager will address any escalated behavioral/performance issues with Team Leads/Users that the Team Leads has reported and previously addressed.
• Training
  • The Manager will be responsible for organizing/ensuring training for new users is being completed and stays current.
• Coaching
  • The Manager will be responsible for the professional growth of each Team Leads/Team Lead/User by offering/scheduling continual coaching for the duration of the User’s employment.
• Nightly Workflow Checks
  • The Manager will be responsible for coordinating with Team Leads to monitor the Data Integrity Workflow every night to ensure that all items have been cleared from the queues.
• Monitoring User Performance
  • The Manager will monitor the number of exceptions each User completes every hour and provide training/coaching as needed to meet the hourly goal

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality. Apply feedback to performance and monitor own work to ensure quality.
• Quantity: Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner. Strive to increase productivity.
• 10-Key Experience desired

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED required. Relevant work experiences a plus.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in the written form. The employee is physically required to utilize a laptop and other electronic devices effectively. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (laptop computer, bag, and accessories). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
