Onsite – New Albany, OH

As a Corporate Trainer at Reveleer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will collaborate closely with department heads and HR to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and execute training initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessment to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids, tailored to specific learning objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences encouraging participation and knowledge retention among participants.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanism, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Maintain training records and documentation to track attendance, progress, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR to integrate training initiatives into employee onboarding, performance management, and career development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools for course development.
  • Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) are a plus.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 / annually
