We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Controls Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems. .
Responsibilities
- Preparing electrical schematic and cabinet design drawings, specifications, and material lists utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
- Hardware design, selection, NEC standards and industry accepted wiring practices.
- Write complex CNC and PLC programs for machine tools
- PLC program development, implementation, and commissioning.
- HMI application development, implementation, and commissioning.
- Field commissioning, testing, troubleshooting.
- Communicate with team members, cabinet shop, and subcontractors.
- Technical experience and skills:
Requirements
MUST HAVE
- PLC – Intermediate Level (Allen Bradley)
- HMI – Intermediate Level (PanelView ME/SE)
- Networking – Entry Level to Intermediate
- Hardware Design Experience
- AutoCAD Electrical
- CNC Experience
- Ability to travel to customer sites for project related work
