We are seeking a Billing Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee for a contract opportunity who is responsible for accurate and efficient billing to clients (all revenue streams) meeting team deadlines.

Location (On-site / hybrid) : Hybrid, will work onsite in Nashville on Wednesday every week (except for the weeks for month-end or quarterly close), the day of the week may vary depending on holidays and the need however typically will be Wednesdays

Job Description :

• Will have access to shared books where we receive billing requests that need to be processed in the system, working with additional team members and will require someone who is organized and an effective communicator, working in outlook.
• Should have an ability to be analytical to verify details on the billing requests forms, should be able to identify whether details provided are correct, review back up information and ensure request forms were properly approved, and proper storage of requests.
• Applicants with 0-2 years of experience is acceptable.
• Should have an ability to patiently work with other departments.

Other Skills / Nice to Haves :

Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, Experience with SAP a plus, Media industry experience is a nice to have, prior accounting experience is preferred.

Job Summary :

This position works closely to Customers, Cash & Collections, Sales, Accounting and Planning teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Request new customers set up in the system;
• Ensure that billing requests are approved in concordance to Client OAR (Operating Approval Requirements);
• Generate on timely manner on demand invoices and adjustments;
• Invoicing delivery;
• Work close to requestors and follow up on missing information;
• Generate Inter / Intracompany invoicing;
• Prepare monthly invoicing metrics;
• Support all OTC sub processes (Domestic and Latam);
• Responsible for obtaining documentation for Audit requests (internal & external);
• Play an active role during month end close;
• Other Ad-Hoc requests.

REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

• Proficient in Excel & Word
• Fluent English verbal and written skills
• Accounting & AR systems experience. SAP is a plus.
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Team Player, have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
• Proactive and Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Ability to work with worldwide team
• Experience in Media Industry a plus
• Self-motivator and innovative
