Responsibilities:

• Assist with Medical Procedures:
• Prepare and organize necessary equipment and supplies for medical procedures.
• Provide support to healthcare professionals during various medical treatments and examinations.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in procedure rooms.
• Patient Charting:
• Accurately record patient information
• Update and maintain patient charts in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Before and After Photos:
• Capture high-quality before and after photos of patients for documentation and reference.
• Organize and maintain a secure database of patient images.
• Ensure proper consent and compliance with privacy regulations related to patient photos.
• Product and Service Information:
• Educate patients on various products and services offered by the medical practice.
• Provide detailed information regarding pre- and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to update promotional materials and information.
• Patient Check-In and Check-Out:
• Greet and assist patients during the check-in process, ensuring accurate and complete registration.
• Coordinate patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits.
• Process billing and insurance information during patient check-out.
