Revamped Home Security is rated as one of the fastest growing ADT Authorized Dealers in the country. With our extensive growth we are adding (2) Recruiter to our team to assist in recruiting and hiring of all positions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Talent Acquisition utilizing the hundreds of applications we receive each week.
• Screen, call, and interview all applicants that meet the requirements.
• Maintains employee records in accordance with legislative requirements and corporate policies.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions.
• Maintain consistent HR practices and the interpretation of policy and legislation.
• Cultivate a culture that emphasizes responsiveness, innovation, diversity, and excellence.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager regularly to review candidates and to discuss current and future talent requirements, hiring strategies, and applicants status.
• Other job related duties as assigned.

• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

• Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:30PM 
• Friday 8:30AM - 3:00PM

Pay: $18/Hour the ability to make bonues and commission

• Paid weekly
