Job Overview:
We are a full custom paint shop. We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or coatings using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Painter or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with auto painting techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions

Skills:
- Mechanic skills for equipment maintenance and repair
- Attention to detail for precise painting and finishing work
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques
- Strong customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.42 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
