Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

Pay: $7.98ph

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to golfers, guests, and members on the course in accordance with the food and drink menu and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, neat appearance and sanitation of equipment and beverage cart.
• Requisition supplies from club’s kitchen and storeroom, and ensure proper transfer, storage and inventory.
• Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws/requirements.
• Ensure that beverage cart is operating properly. Report malfunctions to supervisor as appropriate.
• Answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Writes order on check, as well as verify membership.
• Use point of sale system.
• Present checks with script and posts charges to member/guest account properly.
• Daily checklists of duties.
• Stocks carts to appropriate par levels.
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
• Beverage Cart/Food & Beverage experience of at least 1 year is required. Private Club experience is a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Exposure to various types of Florida weather conditions including: sunshine, heat, and rain.
• Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
