Shift Differential Pay

We are looking for full time LVN/RN's at Reunion Plaza to work the skilled hallway.

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, a team work/team building mindset, and the ability to quickly notice changes of conditions.

This positions requires:

-Documentation on resident MAR, TAR, in the nursing notes, on the 24hr report, etc.

-Passing meds and conducting treatments per MAR and TAR.

-Oversight and direction of CNA's to ensure CNA's complete their duties.

-Completion of Admission process for new admissions (completing assessments, completing the chart, updating the pharmacy, checking physician orders, documenting appropriately, etc.) .

-Assessment of resident changes of conditions, assessment post incident/accidents, assessment of how residents respond to new medications.

-Review and update care plans appropriately

-Reporting to the physician and rounding physician as necessary

-Transcribe orders as necessary

-Ability to speak and understand English
