Reuben Cooley Inc. is Hiring a Data Center Technician Near Orlando, FL

Computer:

· Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)

· Familiarity with DCIM (cable mgmt. virtual tools) and ticketing tools. (ServiceNow preferable)

· Ability to maintain correspondence with customers regarding installation/project status

Scheduling:

· Flexible in shift times (including night/weekend/holiday) with the ability to provide ad-hoc coverage as needed (< 4-5 times per year)

Fieldwork:

· Ability to install complete copper and fiber (Patching and infrastructure) circuits

· Ability to use and read Fluke instruments

· Ability to conduct and maintain inventory levels

· Ability to work with and install pre-terminated fiber solutions

· A level of computer knowledge a plus. Ability to identify and swap server components

· Familiarity with racking and stacking equipment (Routers/switches/servers)

· Familiar with terminations of 33, 66, 110 blocks up to 300 pair cable

· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Education

HS Diploma and/or equivalent degree in Trade or 5 year's experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
