We are on the look out for a versatile and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead our solar projects. This role is designed for a professional who is adept at fostering client relationships and has a knack for steering projects to success. While a technical background is beneficial, we value diverse educational paths and practical experience in the field of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate lasting client relationships through diligent project management and effective communication.
• Develop conceptual solutions and financial projections for potential projects and clients.
• Oversee the modeling and layout design for solar installations.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, approval, and construction phases of solar projects.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor budgets across various project stages.
• Generate comprehensive budgets and proposals for upcoming ventures.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with at least 5 years in the solar industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Familiarity with solar design and permitting processes in PA, NJ, and NY is a plus.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with renewables modeling software (e.g., Helioscope, PVsyst) is helpful but not necessary.
• Independent work ethic coupled with a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
