Retirement Housing Foundation, Northwest Region is Hiring a Part-time/Temp Clerk for Property Management, HUD/Tax-Credit Housing Near Stockton, CA

Retirement Housing Foundation is one of the nation's largest non-profit providers of housing and services, with 22,500 residents in 198 communities in 29 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to is to provide affordable housing and service coordination for persons with limited incomes in an inclusive environment that enhances their quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We have an immediate opening for a temp or part-time Clerk at Plymouth Place, a 64-unit multilayer subsidy property (HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Housing Authority Section 8 vouchers) in Stockton, CA.

Typical Duties:

  • Assist with office work
  • Answer phones, assist staff & residents

Minimum Qualifications (Experience preferred but not required):

  • HUD/Tax-Credit housing
  • Verbal & written communication
  • Resident relations
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite
