Patient Service Representative (PSR)
Retina Associates, LLC is a sub-specialty medical practice seeking a dependable Front Desk Associate to offer an exceptional level of customer service to our patients and reliable support to our staff.
Job Duties:
-Greeting patients in a high-volume clinic.
-Check in and out patients, including scheduling follow up appointments.
-Collect amounts due (copay or balances on accounts).
-Detailed data entry. Ensure that demographics are accurate and current.
-Electronically verify insurance coverage.
-Operate a multi-line telephone system.
-Occasional travel between clinic locations.
