Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add a Project Manager to our team. This position is responsible for managing large retail store development programs and coordinating team members in the store design/planning, millwork production, store fixture, merchandising systems, graphics, and on-site installation functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop project schedules with deliverables and accountabilities; ensure all team members understand and commit to project requirements; monitor deliverables and ensure that actions/decisions are made and commitments met to keep project on schedule; elevate issues as necessary to reach resolution.
  • Develop quarterly account plans with other team members in sales that outline the opportunities and action steps necessary for superior client service and sustained account growth.
  • Interface with client on both on-going projects and new/identified opportunities.
  • Ensure all necessary specifications/technical information are communicated to engineering and production management functions.
  • Ensure that appropriate product structures/bills of materials are developed for order management and inventory management.
  • Develop budgets for appropriate phases of the project and monitor progress versus all budgets, ensuring that each department understands it budget.
  • Develop design and rollout proposals ensuring that scopes of work and cost build-ups are accurately developed.
  • Ensure that billing of projects occur on a timely and accurate basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three years of experience in project management, preferable related to new store openings, millwork manufacturing, store fixtures and graphics, or store renovations.
  • Ability to organize, schedule and manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, work independently and as part of client teams, solve problems and meet established deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and financial skills with program P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computing skills (Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams).
  • Ability to present and interact with client teams.
  • Manage external resources including installation teams and vendors.
  • Four-year degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
