As our logistics specialist, you will be participating in supporting new retail partnerships and maintaining the daily communication between Oura, customers and logistics partners. You will be an active player in securing smooth day-to-day operations in processes and launching initiatives to drive optimization and improve overall efficiency.

What you will do:

• Work as a trusted logistics, fulfillment and retail professional throughout Oura internal teams and Oura’s logistics partners and selected customers
• Oversee execution & continuous development of orders, deliveries, returns and forecasts
• Bring in strong expertise and know-how of the requirements of the retailer companies and meeting their expectations
• Ensure order fulfillment, shipping, deliveries (end-to-end management)
• Work with Oura return partners, manage returns internally and externally (retailer, return partner, finance, customer service)
• Return inventory management: disposition, refurbishment, rework
• Build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, customers, and 3PL partners
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and perform business and cost analysis to make recommendations

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, CA.
