Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our team. The Tire Technician will be responsible for inspecting, installing, balancing, and repairing tires for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.

2. Install and balance new tires on vehicles.

3. Rotate and align tires according to manufacturer specifications.

4. Repair punctures and other tire damage using appropriate tools and techniques.

5. Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service history.

6. Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently.

8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tire services.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive role preferred.

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

4. Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.

5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures in the automotive industry.
