- Company Car program w/ paid gas and maintenance (Full Time only)
- One year of recent Adult Home Health experience (Required)
- Case Management Experience (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
