Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory/Order Specialist with construction knowlege to join our team. As an Inventory/ Order Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and optimizing inventory levels. Basic computer skills a must.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

- Monitor inventory levels to procure necessary stock

- Ordering materials for each job, organizing in the warehouse area

-Pick up job materials from retail stores.

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment

- Needs to have great communication skills with project manager to make sure all materials are present to start new jobs.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inventory management or related field

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and procedures
