Restore Therapy Spa is a Therapeutic Wellness Spa located in Westminster, MD. We are looking for the right candidate to lead our team and help the company grow and flourish. Candidate must have management experience and be available to work 40 hours/week.

Job duties include:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of spa on a daily basis
• Manage staff schedules
• Staff hiring
• Foster staff professional development and nurture needs of staff
• Ensure staff are following company policies and protocols
• Report to owner regularly regarding issues, proposed changes, etc.
• Prepare payroll
• Prepare and analyze productivity reports
• Prepare budget/projection reports and adjust staffing/marketing/goals accordingly
• Lead and manage marketing efforts
• Manage inventory
• Foster a positive workplace environment

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• A positive, approachable demeaner but with the ability to set boundaries for staff.
• Experience in managing staff
• Experience with budgets and reporting
• Experience in hiring
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge & Appreciation for Holistic Wellness is KEY
