Restore is seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills and a knack for business development and sales. As a General Manager, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. Key Roles of a Restore General Manager

● Support and coach a team of qualified wellness professionals

● Drive interest in Restore services by participating in community events and local wellness initiatives

● Assist customers in-studio with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health

● Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer

● Oversee studio performance and proactively manage

How Success of General Manager is Measured

· New visits generate through lead follow-up and community events

· Growth in memberships generated through client education and superior customer experience

· Growth in member utilization levels generated through care planning and client follow-ups

· Growth in overall studio revenue by managing staff performance in all of the abov
