Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and clinical leadership, with expertise in various medical systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Oversee medical documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform specimen collection processing
- Administer acute pain management techniques
- Utilize knowledge of pain management strategies
- Assist with ophthalmology procedures
- Conduct treatments
- Manage occupational health programs

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or similar role
- Proficiency in using Cerner or similar medical systems
- Familiarity with patient assessment protocols
- Knowledge of pain management techniques
- Experience in dermal filler treatments is a plus
- Ability to handle specimen collection processing
- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices
