Restore Hyper-Wellness is the antithesis of the traditional doctor's office,
with recently opened stores in Delray Beach and soon to be Palm Beach Gardens. Our locations are fun, social, and transparent.

We provide whole body and localized Cryotherapy, IV services, Hyperbaric therapy, and a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services. Additional modalities will be added periodically.

Restore Cryotherapy currently operates multiple locations nationwide and another 25 locations under development across the country. The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:

Purpose

To administer intramuscular injections, intravenous therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Nurse Role/Responsibilities

• Full time (strongly recommended for client visibility and stability)
• Responsible for ordering all supplies and micronutrients
• Maintain an accurate inventory database (online form for audit purposes)
• Coordinate all outside vendors (i.e. spectracell about results, allergy about tubes/timeline)
• Educate all staff on the medical service's best practice.
• Educate basics of IV/IM micronutrient benefits to non-medical staff (ie. cryo-techs and store managers) (i.e. up to date with new protocols and services)
• Communicating to managers and where necessary corporate staff any issues or concerns facing medical staff
• Up to date CPR
• Actively participate in all monthly nurse calls
• Identify best practices and share with corporate and other lead nurses

Personable - Medical liaison to patients, must engage and be passionate about educating and empowering patients.

Independent - Must be confident in making decisions and comfortable with their own nursing judgment with the assistance of the nurse practitioner and medical director where necessary

Organized- In charge of all ordering and maintaining inventory; just-in-time ordering. Must be vigilant in making sure the store is never out of stock and able to meet all of our client's needs.

Driven- Much of our education is found and presented by individual motivation via staff members. As a growing and constantly evolving company, a healthy hunger for information is important.

Crisis Management- Ability to use appropriate nursing judgment to handle situations with confidence and appropriate interventions when necessary

Essential Functions

Performs nursing assessment and evaluation under Restores established medical and nursing protocols:

• Administers two primary nursing services: Intravenous therapy and

Intramuscular injections using the prescribed formula and an array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

• Mild hyperbaric treatment oxygen treatments.
• Uses electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.
• Under the provider’s and nursing director’s supervision, addresses, and answers client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide and communicates to the nursing team any issues or adverse events.
• Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of work.
• Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality, competitive, and kind nursing care.
