Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and creating relationships with companies. Your goal will be to create referral sources for water and fire restoration.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers, including product demos
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
