Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing restoration and remediation tasks
- Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop appropriate restoration plans
- Perform water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement tasks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to build, repair, and clean affected areas
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the restoration industry
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for construction and repair work
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges during restoration projects
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and restoration of affected areas
- Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and provide guidance as needed
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
