Responsibilities:

- Perform restoration work for residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, or mold

- Clean and sanitize affected areas to remove debris, soot, and contaminants

- Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered.

- Provide appropriate field documentation, photographic records, charts and sketches for various TPA projects.

- Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration

- Follow industry standards and best practices for restoration processes

- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- English language is a must.

- Previous experience in the restoration industry is required. We will also train the right candidate according to company standards.

- IICRC Certification is required within 1 month of hiring

- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation techniques AND standards.

- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.

- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

- follow company standards to safeguard private property.

- Customer service oriented

- Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.

- Keeping track of materials used

- Evaluate integrity of affected structural materials and contents for direct and indirect water damage; accurately assess the cost of restoring vs cost of replacement.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- MICA knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
