Patient Communications Concierge works in an office amongst other call center employees. This role will be tasked with answering patient questions and referring them to the necessary resources and personnel to solve their problems. After working closely with the patients to assist them, book appointments, and help resolve their issues, and a Patient Communications Concierge may assist with taking and processing supplement orders for the E-Commerce business.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of health care/patient services customer service experience required.

• Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
• Evaluate the needs of the callers and provide proper assistance.
• Respond to the needs of patients and provide personalized service.
• Provide business and nutritional supplement information.
• Process any tasks, messages, or forms that are required.
• Denote interactions, as needed, in the company log.
• Escalate any urgent patient feedback.
• Follow up on patient calls.
• Ensure exceptional phone experience for patients.

• Ensures patient insurance will cover requirements for care; addresses issues involving denials of service.
• Great active listening skills.
• Diplomatic management of patient complaints; understanding how to manage escalating customer complaints.
