This position requires in-home presentations, ladder use, roof navigation, roof and attic inspections.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrated ability to form strong customer-for-life relationships
• Maintain professional image when representing Restoration Builders, Inc.
• Drive incoming leads through direct to consumer efforts
• Prompt follow up on company provided leads when provided
• Provide efficient and timely communication to their Sales Team and the customers, ensuring all necessary steps and actions are performed in a timely and expected manner
• Obtain signed agreements & work order contracts
• Educate the client on how to file a claim
• Perform onsite adjuster meetings
• Collect payments
• Perform job visits
• Generate Google reviews (in accordance with Restoration Builders, Inc.'s directives)
• Adhere to all company standards, including all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Attend required company and sales department meetings and training events
• Operate with Restoration Builders, Inc.'s Mission, Vision, and Core Values with all customers and team on a daily basis
• Additional responsibilities as instructed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in roofing or construction sales a plus
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter who takes action to achieve quarterly goals
• Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and lift approx. 40 lbs
