Duties
- Perform restoration and repair work in residential and commercial properties
- Use power tools and hand tools to remove debris, extract water, and demolish damaged structures
- Conduct mold remediation, including containment, removal, and prevention measures
- Handle water damage restoration, including drying, dehumidifying, and monitoring moisture levels
- Conduct fire restoration work, including cleaning, deodorizing, and rebuilding damaged areas
- Restore and rebuild structures to their pre-damage condition
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Experience
- 2 years or more experience is required
Requirements
- IICRC Certification
- Valid drivers license
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and industry standards
- Understanding of mold remediation procedures and best practices
- Experience with water damage restoration processes, including extraction and drying methods
- Familiarity with fire restoration techniques (not required), including cleaning and rebuilding processes
