FT, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM-4PM, ON-CALL ROTATION, PAY RANGE: $20 - 26 / HR plus OT, PTO, PAID HOLIDAYS, 401K

Professional Restoration Crew Leader with production experience to lead and develop others to provide excellent customer service to all of our customer.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record;
• Pass background check with no felony charges;
• Lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally 75 pounds
• 1 year industry experience
• All customers and employees are required to follow CDC or local guidelines
• IICRC Certification (Required)
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• As part of a 24/7 emergency service company, you may be called into work after hours, on holidays and weekends

Core Job Duties:

• Provide Legendary Customer Service
• Team Leader of a crew
• Point person for disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage, mold remediation and bio-hazard cleaning
• Establish and record scope of work to be accomplished on each job
• Coordinates, supervises, and assists with work on emergency water jobs including extraction, remedial demolition and drying
• Coordinates, supervises, and assists with work on mold remediation including demolition and cleaning
• Responsible for crew’s quality performance
• Responsible for crew’s productivity performance
• Communicates with customers and management regarding all aspects of the job
• Trains & Develops crew members insure proper safety and work techniques are being used
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings and accurately complete all paper and electronic documentation throughout job
• Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment
• Eager to learn and acquire new skills
