Job Description:

As a Mold Remediation Professional at Restoration 1 New Jersey, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and eliminating mold from residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all remediation work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify mold growth and sources of moisture.

Develop and implement remediation plans, including containment, removal, and treatment of affected areas.

Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to safely remove mold.

Perform structural drying and dehumidification.

Document and report findings and progress to clients and management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mold remediation or a related field.

Knowledge of mold remediation processes, techniques, and safety protocols.

Ability to operate remediation equipment and tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Certification in mold remediation (e.g., IICRC, NAMP) is required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
