About Us:
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee project management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage and motivate team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance to senior leadership
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
- Proficient in Xactimate (Insurance Claims Estimating Software) (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in restoration construction management
- Proven track record of delivering restoration projects on time and on budget
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and navigating insurance claims
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
