Who you are: You are a proactive, charismatic communicator who is also intuitive, empathetic and persuasive. You are an experienced Consultative Sales rockstar who loves spending all day on the phone. You also love all things Aesthetic, but above all, people. You are highly motivated, optimistic and enthusiastic, with strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.

Who we are: We are a Physician led, women owned, multiple location medical spa. We are expanding quickly, while maintaining a close knit team local business feel. We aren’t a national chain!

Average annual earning potential is $55-$60k with top performers earning $65-70k

Responsibilities:

• Booking appointments and new patient consults through outbound phone calls to warm leads and existing clients.
• Follow-up with previous potential clients as well as patients who have not purchased services in the past.
• Driving appointment bookings for items on a client’s care plan.
• Providing value and educating patients regarding The RESTOR Method as well as the services we offer.
• Explaining, and encouraging membership sales
• Facilitating follow up with both the clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.
• Using software to track success of existing contacts and communicate with the team.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills (2 years consultative selling experience highly preferred)
• Proven success in a commission and/or quota driven environment is a plus!
• Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach
• Experience using a contact tracking system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
