Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of water restoration technicians in performing water mitigation, damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor team members on proper restoration techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Perform hands-on restoration work as needed, including cleaning, building, and restoring damaged areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform restoration tasks effectively.

Requirements:

- IICRC Water Certification Required (current)
- Previous experience in the water restoration industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of water mitigation techniques, water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes.
- Proficiency in using drying equipment and power tools for restoration work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in Xactimate preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
