Dental Patient Care Coordinator
We are currently looking for a qualified Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. Must have strong communication skills and professional, friendly, kind, demeanor. Highly organized, able to multi-task and attention to detail is a must.
Duties include but are not limited to the following;
- Greet and check in patients
- Answering phones
- Schedule appointments
- Explaining Insurance Coverage to Patients
- Presenting Treatment Plans
- Patient Accounting
- Sending Pre-determinations to insurance company and follow up
- Verify insurance
- Post patient payments
- Contacting Patients to Schedule Overdue Treatment Appointments
- Responding to and sending emails
- Confirming appointments
- Updating patient information
- Other duties may be assigned
Experience:
- Dental Office Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
- Proficient computer skills
- Dentrix software knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- A positive and professional "can do" attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Benefits:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
