Restaurants, Inc. is Hiring a Server / Bartender - Goose 120 Near Omaha, NE

The Goose 120 is looking for experienced restaurant bartenders & servers. You need to be out-going and energetic, as well as responsible, and must have availability on weekends. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders

Goose 120 Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations calmly
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices

Goose 120 Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure they are not intoxicated or disruptive
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Bartender Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations in the food industry
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
