We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

**Duties:**

- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area

- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications:**

- Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems preferred

- Strong hospitality background with a focus on guest relations

- Proficiency in POS operations

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Knowledge of food service industry practices

- Professional phone etiquette skills

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus
