We're a leader in the Fast Food Restaurant industry with over 120 stores across 5 states. We have been in business over 40 years and we're in the process of opening several new stores in Delaware.

We're currently seeking:

· Shift Restaurant Managers

· Assistant Restaurant Managers

· Restaurant Store Managers

. Restaurant General Managers

Over 85% of our current District Managers were promoted from a Restaurant General Manager position. Unlike many other companies, we don't keep our Restaurant Managers from advancing!

Required Skills

• You have 3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for controlling costs and leading great shifts. We prefer individuals with either a Fast Food/Fast Casual restaurant management background.
• You are all about creating a great place to work for your team.
• You want to make your customer's day and it shows in the way you are fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile.
• You are - honest, energetic, motivational and fun.
• You set high standards for yourself and for your team.

Desired Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision. We will consider grocery and convenience store managers seeking a career in Fast Food Restaurant Management.
• Valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
• Open to work any shifts

Restaurant Managers are offered many perks and benefits including 401k, health benefits after 30 days of employment and paid vacation all, in a healthy, positive environment. We also have an 8-10 week comprehensive training program for our managers.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $56,000.00 plus bonus
