Rest Haven Homes, located in NE Grand Rapids, is a not-for-profit provider of premier specialized memory care for seniors. Our organization includes private Independent Living Apartments and an Assisted Living Facility with three levels of progressive needs-based care. We invest in our Team by supporting a dynamic, high-performance, fun and friendly workplace with our Residents as our collaborative focus.

We are searching for an experienced professional for the position of Staff Scheduler/Receptionist to assist the Team Leaders in their staff scheduling and interact with all traffic through the front desk with professionalism and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the inflow and assignment of incoming calls
• Schedule all Drivers and transportation of residents
• Manage Nursing Schedule and assist Clinical Care Director as needed
• Assist in Resident and Team Member requests and questions
• Assist all department leaders in various tasks and projects
• Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies
• Manages company calendars and communicates events to all Team Members
• Oversee, schedule, and recruit night & weekend receptionists

We prefer candidates to have:

• Associates Degree plus relevant experience
• 2 years of experience working in an office environment preferred
• 2 years of experience using computers, Excel, Word, and Publisher for work
