Job Summary : We are an Assisted Living Facility looking for CNAs, Nurse Aides and Med Aides to join our growing team in Full and Part Time positions. The right candidate will have a strong desire to serve others in a Long Term Care setting. The day-to-day duties of this role include helping residents with mobility around the facility, assisting with meals, assisting with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly residents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Assist residents with ambulation
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residnets with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment is preferred but not required
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
• Take pride in providing high quality care

Pay - Starts at $17/hr
