BizTech Associate - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

ResProp Management is looking for new college graduates with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our BizTech Program. ResProp Management is part of a portfolio of companies founded by entrepreneur and investor, Peter Rex. Peter turned a bootstrapped real estate investment business into a $1.5 billion integrated investment and operations company all before the age of 35.

The BizTech program’s goal is to recruit high-quality, early career individuals who have an entrepreneurial hunger, bias for execution, and the desire to create meaningful value through a career in business. These motivated individuals want to learn and create value for our tech-enabled property management business and develop into our businesses leaders of tomorrow.

Position Highlights:

• Engage in all aspects of multifamily real estate with an initial focus on property-level sales and marketing 
• Learn directly from industry professionals and proven entrepreneurs on how to develop and run a business 
• Mentorship and networking opportunities across multiple businesses in the portfolio (investment, technology, and operations)

Qualifications:

• Ready to join the workforce immediately after graduation
• Open to relocating based on business needs
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Self-starter who values critical thinking
• Team player who is capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
