Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in the retail and luxury spaces.
• Ability to be comfortable around and connect with high net worth individuals.
• High level of organizational skills to be able to manage schedules, inventory, and sales staff.
• Build and retain high quality sales staff.
• Tech savvy to be able to work with our POS and shipping system as well as our on-site technologies.
• Sense of aesthetics and cleanliness to ensure the stores remain fresh and inviting.
• Comfortable with customer relations, outreach, event planning to provide personal shopping service.
