The Implementation Specialist supports the benefits team with setup of new third party administration business including;
health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA) and consolidated billing services.
The Implementation Specialist also sets up the benefit plans in PrismHR for open enrollment of client sponsored plans and backs up the benefits implementation team with RE master plan setup in PrismHR.
