Requirements:

• 8 or more years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, Metadata API, Tooling API, Platform Events, CDC.
• Experience in Jira, Git, AutoRABIT, and DevOps processes.
• Experience with Flows, Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SAQL, and Omni Studio.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, unit test, and implement Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain Salesforce applications, extensions, and custom integrations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Lead deployment efforts and provide post-production support.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Engage in all Scrum ceremonies, including release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
