Requirements:

• 8 or more years of experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Extensive track record in rack & stack server management, and BIOS/iDRAC.
• Proficiency in VMWare, vSphere, vCenter deployment, and management.
• Experience with Linux administration, preferably RedHat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience in networking setup including IP configuration, routing, VLANs.
• Experience with security fundamentals and risk management.
• Experience in scripting for automation tasks, specifically with Bash and Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage R&D infrastructure documentation using tools like DCIM, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Provide clear and regular updates to both internal customers and leadership.
• Address and resolve issues reported by internal customers promptly.
• Develop standards, documentation, and structure to support team efficiency and consistent outcomes.
• Availability for emergency response at the Fairfield office location.
• Support flexible work hours for after-hours tasks and collaboration with other teams.
